Always closed.... Someone should be sitting there to guide people whether doctors are available or not.. I went 4 times in a week but no one was there it was locked.... Need to ask the neighbouring people then they say doctor comes at 9.30 or 10.am... if there are no patients at that time he closes and he goes.... is it the correct way for health centers to work...
