When I tell you this is the most relaxing spa I been to, I am not kidding. You are greeted by one of the sweetest lady’s(I believe the owner) either way she was very nice. And when you get in to the spa the atmosphere is so relaxing!! Everything was super simple to order,can be done online. I had a facial done by Megan and let me tell you, it was AMAZING!! She was super friendly and if I had any questions she answered them. All the products she used did not irritate my skin. She also recommended a few things I could do next time(without being it being in a sells well) which was really nice. Would recommend to anyone!! Will definitely be returning! ️

I went to Julia for nasolabial fillers and she was AMAZING!!! She took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. I am beyond happy with the end results!!! After trying various different places, I will never go anywhere else from now on! Everyone at changes was great. And Julia does an amazing job!

I went to Changes of Aiken a few days before my wedding for a facial. I was extremely stressed out and emotional and needed some me time. Initially I booked for a facial and massage but after getting my facial, I was so relaxed that I no longer needed a massage! Megan was phenomenal! She’s so passionate and knowledgeable. She explained every aspect of the service without me having to ask. I recommended then and recommend now that she gets a RAISE! Lol. The products that she used did an excellent job on my skin as well. So much so that 2 days later, I went back and purchased the products that were used for my new daily skin routine. The staff was super friendly too. Very welcoming atmosphere. I felt like I had been a VIP client for years and this was my first time there. If you’re in need of relaxation, I highly recommend Changes of Aiken!

I drive all the way from SC to get my services at Changes. No one can match the techniques of Dr. J and Angie. Make sure to ask about the lip flip. Whoa awesome! Also, very small needles make all the difference in pain and bruising. Simply my one of my favorite things!

I went today for a Dermaplane Facial and it was my first time ever getting any facial service done. Megan Bell was my estictician for today and she was very professional and informative. The facial was amazing and I personally enjoyed just talking with her .would definitely become a regular whenever I can.

This spa is amazing. I always get such a warm reception when I’m here. It is clean and comfortable. I’ve had multiple massages and facials over the years. I never regret taking the time out of my schedule to pamper myself. Ashton is my favorite massage therapist at Changes Day Spa. She’s very knowledgeable about the body and always gives advice for afterwards.

I love Changes Spa! The service is amazing and Stacey Idica is the best! I've had Botox/Dysport numerous times over the last few years and I can honestly say Stacey does the best job! She is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. So happy to have found her! I won't go anywhere else now. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
