Donna, The Christmas Markets cruise on AMA Waterways was fabulous! Even with the last minute flight cancellation, rebooking and 11 hour layover in Amsterdam the entire adventure was worth every penny. The service you provided was more than we could have asked for. Oh and by the way I’m sorry for the 3AM accidental call. I was even more surprised when you answered the phone. Believe me I promise not to do that again. You made planning and executing this trip so easy; Karen and I cannot thank you enough. Companies are known by their service and believe me your service was above and beyond our expectations. We’ll be planning another cruise in a year and will definitely be including you in the planning process. Thanks again for everything. Doug
