I was recently at Changes for a color and cut. If you are the slightest bit unsure about your safety in a salon, Changes is the place to go. Wendy, Dana and the rest of the staff are diligent about sanitizing and protecting their clients before, during and after your time being pampered. Don't let the grey get you down. Pamper yourself with a cut, color, manicure, or pedicure. Better yet, do them all during one visit with the women of Changes. You will look and feel great. Let's face it, don't we all need a little pampering right now!!

I got my bridal hair and makeup done here and, even with the rain and humidity, nothing moved. Everyone did a beautiful job on me and my bridal party!!

Extremely disappointed. Received highlights instead of balayage, left side of the hair is longer than the right, choppy hair cut and shorter than I asked for, rough blow dried my hair and said it is styled . My hair was not even blow dried. Processed my front part of the hair for 1 hr and now it is damaged. Plus, she added a service without telling me it would cost me then at checkout told me I have a bill. The owner did not know what a balayage and told me I just wanted color. Refused to fix because I was not available on their time. Extremely poor quality of work and customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Waste of your precious money. When we were coming to a refund agreement stopped responding to the email. Deserves 0 stars if I could. I would have appreciated a full refund.

I travel from South Carolina to have my hair and nails done here. The girls are professional and know their stuff, and they're fun to be with. I come up to visit my mother in Solon and she and I get our hair and nails done. I feel like I'm going to see my friends at Changes, not just people that do my hair and nails. This is a great place with wonderful people!
