Me and my husband were hungry and decided on this particular establishment. The lady cashier was polite. The cook named Alex however was a whole other story he ignored us was extremely rude and refused to cook our meat extra well done. We couldn't eat another bite and asked for our money back. we were so ill after that experience. All we ask is that you read this post and please hire personel that truly want to work

Been coming here for years and I am super surprised it’s still here. Food is great but the actual restaurant is outdated and filthy. ( just look at the dust on the cameras ) surprised this place has an A. But if you can get past that the food is freshly made in front of you and is super filling. They don’t accept Amex. If the owner didn’t cut corners and wasn’t cheap. This place would be a super awesome place to get food.
Workers clearly dont want to be there, it is NOT self serve, and there is no sort of control for ingredients you want. Either ots too much or too little. Simple fix, make it self serve

Best place if you really want some authentic traditional asian (Chan's Mongolian) food! Great price and hella filling! Even your most reversed friends can come here and eat.
Chan's Mongolian is on the 2nd floor foodcourt on the corner at the Northridge mall. I can't tell you how many times I've eaten here, dozens. The raw materials Tofu, chicken, beef, pork, turkey are always fresh flash frozen so they cook perfectly on the grill. Fresh vegies & noodles, I opt for plenty of garlic. Always a great healthy alternative.
