I'm a huge fan of places that specialized in just 1 or 2 dishes. Excellent Cháo (Congee) with the crispy fried dough. We also had the Bánh Canh Hue, I have not seen this dish outside of Hue, Vietnam it's really tasty as well. It can be a little intimidating from the outside of this hole in the wall joint with Vietnamese only menu, but if you're adventurous I'd recommend this unique authentic joint.

Come twice and keep closing without notification on their website. The first time they told that they will reopen on 12/30 and when we come on 12/30, they had new notification close until 1/2/2021.
