Since the Covid 19 out break I've been hesitant to visit my mother.While she was in Navicent hospital with covid her cell phone she left at Chaplin woods was stolen.I keep in contac through Chaplin woods cordless phone.I tried calling my mother Monday Nov.16 and the phone just rung.I called the desk at Chaplin and was told the cordless phone was broke.Nov19 and was told the phone is still broke.That is unacceptable that a business of that size refuses to replace a 25 cordless phone that is the only lifeline for most patients.Even if the upper personel wasn't aware that's even more of a problem.What else isn't being communicated?
