My parents had a new furnace installed yesterday. Chris T, Chris(beard), other Chris, and Jacob were all professional and friendly and did a great job. Chapman installed AC a couple years ago and we have always gotten the best. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend to everyone! Thanks guys. Repaired older system to run until new one installed. Carly at the office was very professional and helpful, got service scheduled right away. Terrance, our tech was amazing, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly. Very easy to work with, polite even to our bothersome cat. Got us up and running quickly. This was far from our first work with Chapman, and we were reminded why we keep coming back. This time it was replacing two furnaces and two AC's with all new, upgraded, equipment in a vintage condo with installation challenges at every turn. Because the main furnace was acting dangerous, Chapman's Judd Martin arranged ALL replacements the following day, which few companies could have pulled off. Two crews led by Chris and Cody, put in a ten hour day to get our difficult job finished. Every single crew member was a pleasure to have around for all those hours, and they were all clearly good at their jobs. And the new furnaces are so quiet and responsive to the new touchscreen thermostats that we're actually amazed. They're even nice to look at! Thank you, Chapman!

Our heating went out during freezing temperatures and on a weekend. Alex showed up within 15 minutes of our call and had our heating issue diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. It was very reasonably priced and the service from Alex was superb! Our experience was amazing and we were very pleased with Chapman heating and cooling. We will be using their services in the future.

Our furnace went out in the middle of a cold snap and these guys were able to come out first thing the next morning. Ended up having to replace it (older furnace so not unexpected) and Terrance was great about explaining the different options. Then he arranged for it to come to our house first thing the next day. Best part was the option I had selected wasn’t in stock, so he upgraded it for free. Will definitely be calling Chapman if I need anything like this again.
