Chappel's installed a new furnace and cooling system in my home last year, and I recently had them out for preventive maintenance. They were on time for the appointment, professional, and respectful of my residence. The service tech was courteous and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and checking for throughout the process. I have been very happy that I chose Chappel's to supply, install, and service my HVAC equipment! They aren't the cheapest option you can find but you really get what you pay for.

We are very happy with Chappel's Heating and Cooling. Brad arrived within the committed window. He was thorough and conscientious in his inspection and cleaning. He answered all my questions, explained processes and procedures and engaged in a meaningful conversation with me regarding alternatives for improving the \evenness\ of temperature throughout our home. I have been looking for a \local\, \small-ish\ HVAC company that still cares about customer service. Brad and Chappel's fit the bill!

There is no better. PERIOD! I could end this review right there.......But let me go on...........From the customer service to the expertise a AAA experience start to finish. Phil strived to correct issues with our old house and would not install anything unless it was done right. Dwight, our estimator/ project manager answered every one of my questions and did not use a \boiler plate \ method in sizing and selecting the system that was designed for our home. The professionalism is what stands out the most. Both Phil and Dwight stated over and over again........\if your going to do it......do it right\ This is a motto that is sometimes lost in today's world.......I'm glad they are keeping it alive.

Chappel's replaced our nearly 30 year old furnace and AC unit and they did a fantastic job. The work was done quickly, done well and for a good price. Our new units look great and we're so glad we got it done. They have maintained our equipment for years and we've never had a cause to call anyone else. Highly recommended.
