Одни из лучших сидров в Европе и может быть в мире. Жаль самого Эрика не было - но его коллега провела нам удивительнл профессиональную дегустацию. Эти сидры точно можно покупать. А те что сделаны из фруктов с очень старых деревьев ещё и необычные
Sagome e paesaggi compaiono nel mio camper come in un film dopo aver visitato il laboratorio di Eric Bordelet intento a produrre il suo fantasmagorico Calvados da un'antica macchina distillatrice a ruote comprata da lui stesso da vecchi \distillatori vaganti\ dalla Bassa Normandia alla Bretagna. Invecchiato poi in botti dove sono passati i vini più nobili di Francia : da Dagueneau a Julien. Capolavori dell'immaginazione. E l'alta marea del Mont Saint Michel montava.
