Fabulous support from an incredible organisation .. they offered to help us with our volunteer project ... they saw that we were in need! We are creating a wildlife haven in the centre of our City of Peterborough, complete with restored Victorian bridges, landscaped with ponds and waterfalls.... Last year we gave over 13,800 recorded hours of volunteer effort and determined to do more next year ! We also built an earth centre with a solar powered World ... Thanks a million for your help CAF

Dreadful customer service. Leave you hanging on the phone when they pass you over, don't come back to say no one at their desk etc. Why is it an anonymous service and then you get asked if you were expecting the donation and what it was to be used for! If the person didn't want to remain anonymous they could have sent you the money direct. Pointless company!
