Hi, I’m a truck driver and ended stopping at this truck stop and I walked in to use the restroom. After doing so, I was picking out some snacks and this lady I believe named Karen who was older in age approached me out of the few people in the store and pretty much asked me if I needed help in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable. She asked me if I need help finding something inside a convenience store which makes no sense since the place is tiny. I felt as if I was being accused of stealing. I assume she did this because the way I looked. Brown skinned, wearing earrings and Jordan’s. I’ve never felt so disgusted in my life. After I tried to make amends with her she rolled her eyes at me which confirmed my initial reaction of how she felt about me due to the way I look. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I’m an American born and raised. Someone needs to have a talk with her honestly because I doubt this is the first or last time this will happen. She never apologized for making me feel uncomfortable by the way. Discrimination against customers is not okay nor should it ever be. March 9th about 7pm. [The two gentlemen and young woman were very friendly and accommodating though very nice people]. They get 5 stars.

Great little place not alot of big company drivers here dirt parking can use some improvement but there's always a spot open and best part the ladies that work inside are great, very friendly and I have always been met with a smile walking in

Mrs.Donise, here at this BP was amazing! With more than thirty years experience here, her customer service was top notch! Very fast, friendly, and efficient, I really enjoyed my experience in this store. All the conveniences, at fingertips, nice clean well thought out floor plan! The bathrooms were immaculate, and they offer hand sanitizers . This store is wheelchair accessible as well! Thank you, we will be back here!

One staff member there was extremely rude when I asked for a manager number to make a complaint from another staff. I will be calling the manager as well looking for a BP corporate contact number. Worst customer service I have ever seen
