Was preparing for the worse - but received the 'best'. Great price. No hard sells on extra's. Choice of vehicles offered. Car was in perfect condition. Less than 1000km on the clock. Guys on the desk excellent. Guys on the forecourt couldn't have been more helpful. Changed language settings on OS from Italian to English and lent me a USB to Micro-C adapter. Thank you Budget.

We had booked a Volvo V40 or equivalent. When we arrived at the BUDGET they wanted to give us a 2door, 2 people convertible. We told them that we would not be able to fit our kids AND luggage. Anthony told us that it was the only car they had available in the category we reserved and that we would have to pay for an upgrade if we wanted another car!! We payed for the upgrade but I will be sending a letter of complaint to Budget. The service and attitude was completely unacceptable.

They invent damages on car by delivering dirty cars telling you they dont use water to clean cars (making stripe) and they falsificate IT system to insert damage picture you highlight. Never use them.
