Would absolutely recommend Charles Orlebar to anyone. We had the wonderful Liz and George deal with our house sale and the whole thing went swimmingly. The photography and video done by George were absolutely immaculately presented and made the house look so nice I didn't want to sell it!! Liz kept us up to date regularly and has a lovely warm manner and professional approach to selling houses, you don't just feel like another client on the books. I had confidence in Liz and George from day one and they didn't let me down. Would definitely use again. 5

We received First Class Service from Elizabeth and her team during our purchase of our Family home. They were very professional and friendly at the same time and I felt like I had gained a new friend in the process. No question was too awkward or difficult for them. The whole team at Charles Orlebar in Rushden are fabulous. We dealt with Liz more and nothing was too much trouble. We had a long run...the chain broke and then it all came back together, and then Covid hit! We are so very pleased to say we are all moved in now, and so overwhelmed by our beautiful new home. Liz realised and understood it was our dream house and we couldn’t have got here without her perseverance and support. We highly recommend this estate agent, we have no intentions of ever moving, however I would always go back to them. Thank you :-) x
