Dr Jon and his staff helped me with a new glasses prescription and an awesome set of sunglasses for summer. Everyone is friendly, and the office is clean and efficient. Definitely the place to go for eye exams and glasses! Thanks!

Saw Dr Jon for and eye exam and got a new glasses prescription. He did a thorough exam and prescribed me glasses. When my glasses came in, Stacy adjusted my glasses perfectly and was so nice!! I definitely recommend!

The Doctor was very professional and through. I ordered glasses and sunglasses. When I picked them up they just handed them to me. Not only was the staff rude and unprofessional, but didn’t look at them to see if they needed adjusting. I called later to complain and asked the Doctor to call me. I haven’t heard from him. The Doctor contacted me and when I returned, he personally took the time to adjust both pair of glasses. I am now very satisfied with his service.

Having worn glasses my entire life, I have spent more than my share of time in eye care centers. However Charlevoix Eye Center has given me the best experience out of the many providers that I have seen over the years. Conveniently located near downtown Charlevoix, their staff has always provided prompt, kind service, always working with me and the various insurance providers that I have carried. Repairs and maintenance have been consistently provided quickly and with minimal cost, and best of all, Dr. Jon runs pretty tight to his schedule - no waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes just to get your exam started. If you are looking for a provider who is professional, prompt, and courteous, and accepts walk-ins, Charlevoix Eye Center is the best in the region, hands down.
