My first contact with this company was a phone call that I made which was immediately answered by a man who started loudly with "This is John." I thought I may have dialed wrong but I continued by asking for a quote to have our newly purchased property/home surveyed as we have an easement, crowding neighbors and unwelcome hunters. He replied with a couple of questions and said he would give a call back later in the afternoon with our quote and I thought "Wow! That was easy". I missed the return call less than 3 minutes later because I was on a call with another company (Advanced Geomatics - they were great!) so I called back right away. His message didn't say where he was from and he had asked for Colleen... Anyways, when I called back I said "Hello John! This is Kayla returning your call" and a different man outbursts "This isn't John!!" as if I should've known better. The line went silent until John answered saying that the Sitzemas lived at the address I provided. He said that it has already been surveyed and shouldn't need to be done. I explained that there are no stakes and that we have walked the entire 8.8 acres in search of any indicators. I then had to explain why I was confused, what services I was asking for, what our land is like and that I do, in fact, live at the address I provided and not this family who hasn't lived here since 2011. He scoffed and cursed something like 'well s**t, if we have to re-do the whole thing it'll be about 800!' I let him know we would be getting other quotes before saying thank you for his time.
