First time eating there and probably the last. I got a different sandwich than I ordered and they were out of cheese for the fries when I was there so not a great experience. Plus they don't have ketchup there but serve fries. The food I got was OK but not great. Maybe if I had gotten the sandwich I ordered I would have liked it more.

The only reason I rated Charleys 2 and not a 1 is the flavor of the sandwich is good. The picture I took looks nothing like their picture of the sandwich. As you can see undersized portion of meat not even filling the bun completely as in the picture they show, the meat is filled and piled high. Overpriced as well, I do not recommend this establishment, there are plenty of better choices in this food court. Great flavor, poor value, price too high, and sandwich portion smaller then what is represented on menu.

Amazing food! I ordered a large Philly cheesteak and it was delicious. All the employees were extremely helpful, especially the woman at the toppings station. I will definitely come again.

I have been here on multiple occasions and I have to make clear how hard these guys and gals work. They bust their booties slaving to a mall with 2-4 employees. They work extremely hard and make some damn good food. I highly recommend them.

Was just told by the manager I could not order food without a mask, I explained to him I had a medical condition that prevented me from wearing one at this time, his response was "then I guess you're gonna die"...

I had an issue but after writing them with feed back it was resolved and I was taken care of. Food is always delicious
