Ok this is a one and done place for me. Philly should get a refund because there is nothing about this cheesesteak that resembles Philly, except the price. Just under 10 for a normal that has little substance. You are not getting a good value for your money here. Not much to the sandwich at all. There is a language barrier at ordering and I had to ask 4 times to get ketchup on the cheesesteak and it was like they were doing me a favor. Who like messing with the ketchup packets? Not me for sure. I will not be back to visit Charley, I will save my cheesesteaks for Philly.

I've ordered two meals. My cheese fries tasted weird so I took one of them back to change with regular fries. They said oh we can't change that and then they said only this time we will change it but we won't do it next time! What is that. The food tasted great but the employees are not
