There really wasn't anything wrong, just that I believe if you get 2 #7's the Philly cheese steaks they should come with french fries. You shouldn't have to buy them separately they should be included. My husband and I spent almost 24.00 that's a bit much. For 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, 2 sodas. They were good but not worth 24.00.

So good! Every time I come to New Orleans I go to the Mall and get a Philly's Cheese Steak Sandwich and Fries. Simply mouth watering!

Visited this establishment on 7/25 and I think I was over charged. I got a Philly cheesesteak combo with lemonade. My husband got just the sandwich. The fries were the ultimate which was a small fry with cheese, bacon bits and ranch dressing on the side. I was charged 26.42. The food was to salty and waiting at the counter it was filthy. I mentioned it to the girl but it didn’t faze them. I would have gotten a better sandwich at Subway a lot cheaper.

Staff was polite and courtious, but easily the worse cheesesteak I ever had in my life. Dry, oversalted, hardly any cheese, threw it away after two bites. Yuk.

Ok soo I was prepared to stay 30 mins and be asked by the disgruntled cashier “what you want”,as per usual at the Oakwood store. but there was new crew members and I barely had a wait time, the cashier was a guy but he was friendly but not only that !!! My food was made to perfection Way too Go Charley’s ️️️
