The food was vary good and the employees were nice as well. One star review because the owner was fairly rude and dosnt know what customer service is. Again it wasn't the employees or the food that caused to one star review. Probably won't be back because of the owner.

Food was okay but our order was really screwed up. A whole order of fries missing. Missing ingredients on the gourmet fries. Wrong size cheesesteak, and to top it off if you try to call them it's their fax number. Do not door dash or any of the other delivery service. Truly disappointed with how they charge and the service you get. But guess you cant really expect much from a place in the mall.

Nastiest attitude by the people behind the counter at this so-called philly cheese steak place. Disgusting attitudes especially by that tall popped-belly guy ( the so-called manager with horrible people skills). I would NOT dare buy anything here. I am from Philly and I know what real philly cheese steaks are suppose to taste like and its not here! Most importantly the attitudes are bad by the majority staff there!!!!! PLEASE SHUT THIS CHEESE STEAK PLACE DOWN!!!!! Even the others behind the register have that same nasty acting attitude as that tall popped-belly guy. I'm pretty sure many people have experienced this bad experience as myself. People please lets sign a petition to get that place out meadowood mall!!!

Great place. Friendly staff. Terrific food! The owner, Cordell, is frequently there. He is a super nice man with a great sense of humor. He is also a military veteran. Be sure to give him your business!

Mall food. Need I say more? Sandwiches are pretty good... and who doesn't love fries with stuff on them. Quick food go to.

I went to the mall food court to have a steak sandwich. The woman who took my order was rude. She acted as if I was an annoyance. I asked to have half my sandwich wrapped and half not wrapped. This was apparently an issue. So I ate what I could of my mediocre sandwich and wrapped my leftovers myself. I will never spend my money there again.
