I am giving this two stars because there are only two positive things about this place, they were quick and decent price. As far as claiming to have the best steak and cheese in the world, that is COMPLETELY false. I am a huge fan of steak and cheese sandwiches and this is not it. I ordered gourmet fries with my sub and the fries were not fresh, they were cold and there was nothing gourmet about it. They just threw some shredded cheddar cheese which was cold and not melted and cold jalapeños on them. I won't be back but maybe I caught them on a bad day, who knows.

The prices are HIGHER at this location. Paid more than what I usually pay at other area locations. Booooooo
Charles philly steaks recently finished their beautiful renovations in the Tyrone Mall and it looks amazing. I also love coming here for lunch! Thank you Kristina, Glo, and Jasmine for accommodating my every need! 5/5 stars
The hiring manager said they were hiring and I gave her my info a week later I called to check on it and she was rude and hung phone up on me before I could ask her anything else about job openings
I had a steak and cheese for lunch today (1/2/21) and I'm pretty sure I have food poisoning.
Unappealing would be generous. Enough mayo for several sandwiches with slabs of barely cooked “philly steak” meat. Supposed to have mushrooms, onions and peppers but there was perhaps one thin slice of each. Maybe. 20 for two of these. Save yourself and move on and eat elsewhere.
