Waited in line for 15 mins, everyone at the grill is masked but the lady at the cash has hers pulled down under her chin. She served several customers without her mask and speaking around the shield. I didn't want to risk it so i left line.

The food is extremely affordable. The staff tend to be friendly on most occasions. My favorite meal is the chicken California. It's got chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone, and ranch. It's always been cooked to perfection. My fiance loves steak. He's tried probably three different steak subs from this location. They are average to say the least. He said he'd compare the steak to the frozen store bought steak-um's. Very little flavor and usually very dry. My fiance ordered jalapenos on his sub and it had so little that we didn't even see them until digging through the sandwich. Then I asked for a small cup of jalapenos and the cook got frustrated saying he cooked then in the sandwich. Is that really how you treat a customer who is asking for a small cup of jalapenos because there was only one or two in the sandwich? If he was worried about cost I would have gladly paid extra for what I already asked for from the start. They have a variety of lemonades that are usually pretty good. I forgot to take the picture of my drink before I started drinking it but I still wanted to share them. I got the peach lemonade on the left and my fiance got the strawberry lemonade on the right.
Staff was amazing. Manager was doing maintenance on the small the cooler up front ,and staff was still able to keep up with the orders. Cashier Riley was sweet and friendly. Food was cooked to perfection and serving size was better than expected. Will definitely recommend this place to others. My only issue was I asked for my food to go and I was given my food as eat in. But overall fantastic.
Tasty subs. No, not like the OG's in Philly but they make their own good ones - an interpretation of cheesesteak. A destination for those shopping from the North.

This place is a joke and I intend to call the corporate office and make a complaint. We stopped in on August 8th 2019 at 8:30 PM and they don't close until 9 PM but they informed us they were only serving drinks for the rest of the night. Excuse me? You are a restaurant, if you are open and you have customers you serve them. This establishment should be removed from the mall because they refuse to perform the function required of them to occupy space there.
Food was decent but service wasn't. The guy who handed us the food had a rubbish attitude.
