The cooks were nice but Anita was super rude and raised her voice at me for politely asking the cooks to fix something about my order. I worked in food service before too and what she did was uncalled for and she shouldn’t be working at the front register or taking orders if she is going to act like that.

Service was slow and a little rude. The lady taking our order walked away in the middle of it to do other things. Food was ok. A little expensive and they were out of steak. How is a steak place out of steak? There were NOT a lot of choices of where to eat at the outlets..so it was our choice by default. I don't think I'd eat there again.

Anticlimactic honestly :( the customer service was average at best and the food was underwhelming and mediocre. Fake cheese, but not the good or high-quality kind. The bread-to-meat ratio was poor, with there being way too much bread and not enough meat. Small portions for the price. The pictures looked way better. It is mall food, after all. I did like the real fruit in the lemonade, I got peach. It was artificially flavored but there were peach chunks in there. Overall I'd rate the whole place slightly below average. I was really hungry when I got it and it was edible, just not anything good or special. I don't think I'll be returning.

Charley's has always been a favorite of mine, sadly there's very few left in the state. Try the Philly steak with provolone instead of white American.

The older lady who works there is so rude. I asked for a refill of a drink and she said “we don’t do refills because of Corona virus” I was like what???? I told her that all the other restaurants would use a new cup for the refill and she say absolutely not and that she would use a new cup for everyone the business go broke. I am are you serious?!?!?! I have been to Panera, Chick Fil A, señor taco and really any other restaurant would just gave me another cup. I was willing to pay some for the refill but she said that I had to pay for an entire new drink. This is so wrong and a wonderful way to lose a costumer. I will make sure next time I WONT eat there.

There's a Charlie's on the Ft. Huachuca base and they really pack the sandwiches, this Charlie's seems to hold back on the meats etc. Flavor wasn't the same either, kinda bland. Maybe because their at a mall they don't care??
