We bought the chicken philly sandwich. Really good! ... Service not the greatest. I asked for no onions and mushrooms and it seemed to bother the cashier when I requested it. When I got my sandwich, it was bare. No lettuce, no mayo. Luckily I asked for ranch for my fries, so I just added ranch to my sandwich so it wasn't dry. Been here before and had no problems. May have just been a bad day

Was upset after they messed up my order also one of the server only used one glove to prepare the sandwich...had to return it...but another server that was on the grill offered to remake the sandwich. Was about to cancel the whole order but I was with the kids and they were hungry and charley's was the only place open
Great food but NEVER EVER open on time. I have a 30 minute lunch and love to eat here but the staff is incapable of opening the store at 11 as listed..... do not expect the hours of operation to be correct or the service to be speedy. 11 means 1130-1145
I would give them more stars but , not sure what was going on this particular morning. They were late on opening and then when I asked for sides they gave me absolutely nothing in the way of sides. If they had another one remotely close I’d go there instead. Generally they’re pretty good with service. Not today and that’s all it take is one bad experience for me to take my business else where.
Well I ordered a large combo however I got a Regular size fry and soda with my large sandwich. At this place a large combo is just a large sandwich and if you want your drink and fries large too you have to pay even more than the fifteen dollar to begin with for a large combo that you ordered in the first place! So frustrating! A large combo should include a freaking large drink and fry!
Usually charlies is great but I'm not sure why but the cashier wasnt the nicest and seemed to be one more crazy request away from quitting or strangling someone

Loaded fries brought my to the store and they have an Ultimate fries which is the Loaded fries with ranch dressing. Both are the same price so I recommend the Ultimate fries. SO GOOD!!!
