Ate there today for the first time. The service was friendly, informative, prompt and pleasant. The three people working there at the time seemed to enjoy their work and had pride in knowing they were preparing something of quality. And the Philly Cheesesteak was honestly the best sandwich I have enjoyed in a good long while. Huge, fresh, cheesy, juicy, with the biggest pickles and fresh garnishes that literally crunched next to the delicious steamy hot beef and tasty melted cheese. Even the bread was tasty and toasted to perfection! I love this sandwich and I love this place at Fashion Square Mall. Well done. The Best!

Things are not as organized a they should. They can mess up your order if you ask for customization. However, staff is polite and can compensate for their mistakes.

Walk by but I have eaten there before and it was very good.
This place is amazing! I always get a small sandwich but always want the large sandwich! But I got to make room for those hot fires! I’ve been to other Charley’s but this one is by far my favorite because the amazing staff! The manager is always loud and welcoming people that are just walking by. Great customer service!!! I’ll be there a lot!

Ordered at 7pm. Was advised wait could be 45 minutes, as the time clicked on our notification for delivery was pushed farther out..9pm. Two hours? Was charged but NEVER received our order, could not contact anyone since they close at 9 pm! Never again Charley!
I did a delivery from this location and the staff was awesome on this day. Lots of smiles and the food look so good. Hopefully I can work with this company And do catering for them. I love a smiling team an both employees were all smiles!
