They forgot to give me the cheese fries I ordered. I told them and the employee started asking another employee if she really forgot to give me cheese fries . She asked the other employee several times in Spanish. I don't think she knew I understood Spanish. I paid for my order and honestly it upset me that she made it look like I was lying. I had purchased three full meals. I told her I wasn't lying. She completely ignored my comment and looked away. Never responded. Pretended like I was not there.

I visited the location at the Roosevelt Field Shopping mall, and what a waste of money! Nothing was good about my meal. They have small, thin heroes, which were more doughy than toasty. The fries tasted stale and the strawberries that were used for their strawberry lemonade are left sitting out, uncovered. My whole family tossed their food in the trash. This was my first and last visit!

I love Charley's Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken California, and now their breakfast sandwich of eggs and cheese! I add in onion and green pepper. Staff are quick and neat making the sandwiches. Many times I've asked for some of the free sides wrapped separately, so it doesn't make the sandwich soggy by the time I get to eat it and staff are always willing to please. Thank you for all you are providing! Also love the little rewards card. Free sandwich after purchase number 7 :)

I've been here about 5 or 6 times because I usually like the "taste" of the food and each time I come with the hopes that this time SOMEONE will actually know how to make a sandwich. If there was an award for messy sandwiches it would go to this place. It's not even like they were busy at the moment but for some reason they feel like they need to slap together a sandwich as quick as possible. Today the lady making the sandwiches was looking the other way while throwing on the lettuce. Look at what you're doing then maybe it won't be a mess. Would you even eat it the way you're making it? Lastly, everyone needs to put a damn smile on their faces, it's a basic customer service skill.
