Charley's is a great find, especially for mall food. All of the steaks I've had here are delicious, and the portions are generous. The gourmet fries are a treat, and the strawberry lemonade is amazing, would recommend!
I get to eat here a lot since I work nearby. I must say their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Prices are convenient and they serve large portions.

My daughter went to Charleys this evening and inquired what kind of oil the fries were cooked in so she could know if she should purchase them as she has a peanut allergy. The man taking her order would not answer the question and said “fries or not”? What a rude, insensitive and uncaring response. This is clearly a person who has no knowledge about food allergies and its life threatening implications if one is exposed to the allergen. Or this is a person that simply does not care! Individuals like this should not be working in restaurants AT ALL!! I called to speak to a manager about this and, of course, no one answered the phone.
Who does always good but the customer service from the assistant manager today he is very Rude! You need to do better in customer service
Everything is fresh and lovely. Meats cooked to order, along with onions, peppers etc. Fries were crispy and hot. Good selection of toppings. Prices were very reasonable, and the staff was fast and friendly.
