My son and I went to a different car dealer and we didn't get treated very well. So my sister suggested we come into Honda she's a car dealer there and said they could help us out. She walked around the lot in the cold with us. She spent so much time trying to pick the right car for us in our price range. She didn't try to sell us the most expensive car that we couldn't afford monthly. They got us such a great deal too. We walked out of there with an awesome Hyundai Elantra thats so beautiful, and has a lot of features I didn't even know I wanted or needed. We love it!! They treated us like family it was such a wonderful experience. I have to say it was like a Vip experience 10 out of 10 would recommend them!!! It was so easy, no stress, and I was not anxious working with them or being there. Also we got free car washes right across the street. Not only for the 5yrs I have the financing but for the entire time I have this car!!! How cool is that!?!?

I can't believe I'm saying this about a car dealership, but I really loved my buying experience at Charlie's. The people were supremely decent, treated me very well, did not pressure me to buy all the extras that they usually do once you get into the finance office, and went the extra mile to make it an enjoyable process. I've never had such a nice experience with a car dealership. The difference between my experience here and my experience the same week with the dealership in Portland was like night and day. Everyone I dealt with at Charlie's was friendly, helpful and decent, even the financing folks (who are usually my least favorite people in the world). Because of COVID I did not want to go into the office to handle the paperwork, and they happily did the entire transaction with me outside/from my car. I didn't have a way to get the car to my house without stranding my old car, and very generously helped me out with that, with no extra fee. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent customer service, no pressure sales and quality vehicles. I am very happy with my ew\ 2016 Honda Odyssey. This was my first but not my last purchase from Charlie's Honda in Augusta. I highly recommend them!
