Beautiful, tranquil and well kept. A lovely little haven away from the more well known and not so beautiful Charlton and Anton lakes. My husband loves to fish and this is where he chooses to go. There is a cafe that's not always open but toilets are always available for people that are fishing.

Nice fishing place, no catches at all. Not even bites! 11 years I've been fishing and it is the first time that I leave without a single catch. First time visit and it was a disappointment. I would try it again next year in summer but if it is as bad as my first visit it'll be downgraded to one star. On the other hand, if it is a good day it may get upgraded to 4 or 5.

Called on the phone for an evening session as I finish work at 1700, one of the owners said it was fine to leave at 2130 arrived then was told we had to be off at 2000, staff very rude and unwelcoming to us, maybe it was because we were two females! We asked a few questions about the pond then we were looked down upon as if we didn’t know how to fish! We’ve been fishing from a very young age and have a 40lb PB Carp!! will not be returning or recommending!! We have never been treated like this before.
