Kasia and her staff take amazing care of Billy. He loves daycare and has so many friends. They are truly "dog people". I don't worry when he is there and I wouldn't trust anyone else. He's been going to Charlie's for almost 2 years now.

We have been taking Brodie our Jack Russell to Charlies for five years! He can't wait to get in the door in the mornings!!! The care and love he receives is amazing!! Everyone at Charlie's is awesome, incredibly professional and beyond kind!! We have a family at Charlies and we are so grateful to them! They have always gone out of their way for us but most importantly for Brodie! Can't say enough about them! Highly recommend to everyone!
My dog Benny has been going to Charlie's for a couple years now. He loves going there. When I drop him off in the morning he forgets all about me as he joyfully runs inside bouncing and wagging his tail, happy to see his people and his dog buddies. The staff are all friendly and caring toward the dogs. Benny is always tired at the end of a daycare day there so I know he is well exercised and entertained throughout the day!! I honestly believe he has a great time there and is always happy to go there. :)
Almost year and a half ago i brought my two dogs into Charlie Petspa, One is a 5 year old Pug-Dachshund and the other is a Poodle which will turn 2 in December, The staff is great. Kassia the Owner is very friendly and very helpful. I love taking my two dogs there and they love going their too. If i tell them that they are going to get groomed they will take me there without me guiding them.
Charlie's Pet Spa is awesome! My dog Fonzie loves this place and we are proud to be part of the Charlie's family. From nurturing and caring daycare, to fantastic grooming to boarding that gives me the comfort of knowing he is always safe and well cared for. Kasia is a hard working small business owner who is kind and fair and I trust her with my life/dog. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I have been taking Fonzie here for 4 years and she has my business forever.
Tallie loves coming to play with her friends. She's always excited to see the staff and doesn't even notice that we've left. She comes home exhausted from her day with a huge smile on her face. We've been taking her to Charlie's for four years now and never had any issues. We've also done teeth cleaning, grooming, and boarding on top of day to day day care. Thanks for everything
I have been working in the dog industry for over nine years, and have been grooming for over six; NEVER have I experienced such poor customer service from an [owner?] of a business. I will say, the young lady that had originally greeted me at the door was very pleasant. We talked a bit about my blind dog and, coming from out of town, she was generous enough to help me find my way to my dog's specialist appointment. I am definitely thankful for that. However, not too long after her helping me, an older woman (assuming the master groomer or owner..?) yelled from the back asking why I was here, if I needed something important, and following with, "She needs to leave." The young lady after apologized, saying she needed to get back to work, which I absolutely understood! Duty calls! But, not even 30 seconds after, the older woman from the back comes out and expresses that there is an emergency, and gestured that I need to leave. -- Now, I completely understand when the situation arises, assistance is needed asap. I was debating on whether to even make this review until I read that this was not the first time someone dealt with these people, in such an unpleasant manner. Unfortunately, many who would read this may not understand the emotions that were truly exchanged, but this whole situation was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. All I hope is that the woman that so rudely kicked me out is more patient with the dogs she handles than the potential customers that come into her shop.
I wouldn't trust anyone with my dog except for the wonderful folks at Charlie's. Kasia and Lowell are like family to me and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. These folks really care about the animals in their care and their grooming services are second to none. You won't be disappointed!
