After my doctor’s office sent a referral (which was supposed to be an urgent referral) to this office, I was told that money wins and I couldn’t even schedule an appointment without paying a balance. The caveat was no one answered at the billing line. When I called right back and explained this, I was told that’s their policy and no appointment could be scheduled until the balance is paid, regardless of how sick I am. So, patient care absolutely takes a back seat to . Don't bother looking for compassion here. You'll find none.

This was my initial visit. The staff was very friendly. To be honest the doctor when he came in the room made me feel as if I was dealing with someone with a lot on their shoulder, but I guess having to treat so many people will do that to some doctors. He was straight to business though. Then it could be just me. First impressions can sometimes be misleading. I will know when I go back.

Dr. Roddey and all staff gave us a great visit. I have no complaints - Very friendly staff, helpful to us and gave quick assistance with little to no waiting. Felt very safe with the team as this was first experience with endoscopy/colonoscopy. They handled everything smoothly and kept my family member relaxed and informed. Worked quickly and with priority of safety and I appreciated that very much.

Dr Scholz was so helpful and really listened, he was very patient and educational. He explained everything and came up with a comprehensive plan. I was able to get my labwork done that day. Super friendly staff there. And schedule my colonoscopy quickly and easily. Overall, great experience from start to finish!
