Wouldn't even accept my application. Kept telling me the WRONG thing and then denied my application because I did what they said and not what I actually needed to do. And they blamed ME for doing the wrong thing.

They are AMAZING here and have been SO attentive to my needs. I have been going there for 3 years now. I have had problems with insurance and this place has been a literal lifesaver

Absolutely fantastic facility, with friendly staff who make you feel comfortable for whatever you are inquiring about. FREE STD screenings the second and last Wednesday of the month. The Goodwill Center is astoundingly well run, with access to many different community resources. Thank you so much to the people who run this clinic and work to bring access to everyone.

That Sup \Sumary Maldonaldo\ should Not be serving the public..poor customer service no compassion & bad attitude. I used fax# to send pay stubs but they said did not recv. I went to bring info in person..she was sooo rude. Staff is incompetent make you jump thru hoops for health care. My fees went frm 15 copay to 55? Seemingly after I had 2 ER visits during Jan-Mar flu season. Go figure!

Ive never been treated so rude in my life. The woman i spoke to on the phone was incredibly short and refused to answer my questions. They claim not to be taking ANY new patients. So dont waste your time calling.
