This place must require their associates to write these reviews, because this facility is HORRENDOUS!! This facility is in the Freedom Drive area, and the staffs attitudes and patients relations reflects the neighborhood! My Aunt was paying 8k per month out of pocket, basically for housing, because the rehabilitation wasn’t being administered post stroke. We were unable to enter the facility for the duration of her stay, over 4 months yet my aunt still somehow tested positive for COVID which means they weren’t taking necessary precautions with staff! I definitely wouldn’t take the time to warn others that you shouldn’t put your loved ones in this facility if it wasn’t deserving of this review!! This facility, and staff are subpar, fine another care provider for your loved ones!!

My beloved one was left with no food nor drink the whole weekend almost died. Did not even call for him to go to hospital. His gown was left unclean for days with spots looking like stained blood while management could not have any explanation. Leaving a family member there could be a death sentence. Very bad place with a low sanitation grade and uncompetent staff. That place should be legally reviewd and shutt down. Third world under developed kind of place. No humanity from neither workers nor management.

Since I have been here Charlotte health and rehab has been a pretty great place to work! The Staff is very welcoming and friendly. One of the employees that stick out the most is the house keeping manger. Ashleigh is always outgoing and happy not matter what the situation is. If she can help out she will do her all to make it happen.

I just started working and this facility a few months ago and I love it!! All the staff have been so nice. All my patients have benefitted from the therapy and nursing staff to where they have been able to go home and get back to their baseline. The entire Interdisciplinary Team works together smoothly and efficiently. Charlotte Health and Rehab Center is a great place to put your loved one when needing skilled nursing or nursing home placement!!

I have been here at Charlotte Health and Rehab only 5 days so far but I am very pleased with the good ladies working with me to get my strength back. They have so many jobs and all designed to get me up and back on my feet. Yesterday, Ashleigh spent time going through my clothes I had brought from home to ensure I left with with them when I went home. Even writing my name in them. She was also kind enough to talk with me. I am sure she sensed my loneliness. Just as Corinthian must have. This sweet lady is so busy but is unfailingly kind as she goes about ministering to me. I deeply appreciate them.
