MPV manages a house beside my house in Charlotte, NC. I have been in contact with them for over a year trying to get them to have the owners get their fence and driveway off my property. The representative said, the owners said, if I provide them with a copy of my survey they would remove the fence and driveway. However, after providing them with the documents, several times last year, they still have not held to their word. Recently, I sent a screenshot from mecklenburg County showing they have gone over the property line. Also, when their surveyor came out I showed him were my property line stopped however he ignored it, since debris covered the marker. They are trying to steal a portion of my land therefore now MPV has stopped responding to my emails. I would like to hear from the owners to see if they are in agreement with how the management company is handling this issue, so I can know how to move forward.

Get your \Big Gulp\ or \Slurpee\ while the children get Gas fumes. These developers care about one thing only.... Money!!!! Ironic how they never posted a sign that a gas station is going to be built on top of an elementary school, but they have had a sign for years indicating that a lovely retail market would be coming sooner with an artist rendering of it.

This business has demonstrated the PROFIT is far more important than the PEOPLE! They have the power to make decisions to impact a community and its youth. They have chose to endanger the youth with developing a gas station just feet from an elementary school knowing the facts that show the health hazards that close to kids. I would never work with or for this business.
