The entire experience is of excellence! I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm smile. The waiting area was very clean and set up to make sure Covid guidelines were followed honoring social distancing. Once I was taken to the back and given instructions, it did not take long at all! It was like 1,2,3..All Done! This staff always give me a sense of peace! No question.. 5 star service .. 5 star staff!

I’ve visited the Charlotte Radiology in the University area for more than twenty five years. You are greeted the moment you walk through the door. The staff is courteous and greets you with a smile. The technician is soft spoken and explains the procedure and treats you with respect. It’s great to see that they adhere to COVID guidelines. Thank you Charlotte Radiology for always making my experience a memorable one.

This office is amazing! Extra nice and attentive staff. Very efficient. I have always been able to get in and out in less than 15- 20 min with no mire of a 5 min wait time to be called back. Do not plan ever changing locations! I visit religiously every year for my mamo!
