I checked out reviews online and called them after 3:00 pm on Wednesday when our refrigerator/freezer unit stopped working. They said they could get someone out between 10am and 1:00 pm the following day. Just BEFORE 10:00 am Thursday, Radik called and said he was on his way. He arrived around 10:20 am masked, gloved and wearing shoe covers! He diagnosed the problem but needed to order the part. He said he’d be back, the SAME day WITH the new inverter board between 4 and 7 pm. BUT at 3:55 pm Radik is back already with the part! He completed the repair by 4:00 pm and our appliance was up and running! We could NOT have been more satisfied with the reliability, promptness and professional manner with which this was handled. Radik is extremely bright, well educated and courteous. He was perfectly nonintrusive and left everything clean! Despite the fact that the call to them was a deviation from our usual repair guys ( not even sure why I did that ), we will DEFINITELY call them FIRST should we have any future appliance issues, because they fix MORE than refrigerators!
