I have been living here for 2years it has been a great place to stay. The staff helped me find my own apartment and now I am discharging. The staff treated me well and was very helpful.

Started a few months ago and fell right into the team, there is good teamwork here, beyond that it’s a family between the staff and the residents. This is a facility that doesn’t play with covid. We follow the rules and keep everyone healthy!

Mom has been in and out of rehab places over the last few years but with this most recent fall she was placed here because it was the only building with a bed available. I was hesitant to send her here because of things I heard a few years ago. I’m glad I did send her here because they have exceeded all expectations. They have been super responsive to me and my sister. And mom actually loves it which makes it easier on me with all that’s going on with Covid.

After giving many many years to another SNF in the community, its a breath of fresh air to work in at Charlottesville Health and Rehab. I appreciate the administrator who is involved with residents and families. The staff are amazing and work together to provide excellent care for the residents.

I appreciate the real heroes who have stayed to care for my mom and others. Thank you to the staff members that stayed; it means the world to me when I can’t be there to care for mom!!!
