Terrible customer service. Third year in a row over a month with no heat pump. When you call for service it takes them over a week for someone to come look at it because god forbid you don't live in Charlottetown. Then they have to order the part which takes over 2 weeks to arrive. You would think a big company like this would have some parts in stock. Then yiu have to wait another 1-2 weeks for someone to come and fix your heat pump. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Had a great experience with Atlantic Heating and Cooling. John who came to give us a quote and explain the product was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not at all pressuring but knew the product inside and out. Sean and Brent who came for the installation were so tidy, friendly and professional! They were right on time and installed the heat pump within the time frame they said. We are very impressed and satisfied with the heat and the comfort of having our Fujitsu heat pump. We would totally recommend this product and company.
I had called for a quote for the upstairs in older home but when he came gave me the quote for the down stairs and said it would heat the upstairs. I called back and got the quote that I wanted, we were very happy to have this installed, we had to rearrange the installation time due to appointments and they were great to work with right from the woman at the office down to the installation John and Rudy. Very please with the job and our upstairs finally has heat and very comfortable. We are still getting used to it only had for a little over month. Thanks and highly recommended
This was the best experience. I love the new heat pump, not sure how I managed without one. The young men who came to install it we very polite and efficient. They explained how to use it in great detail. Everything was done in a timely manner. When we get our new heat pump upstairs next year we will definely use this company.

I got a Fujitsu heat pump from these folks a couple of years ago. I was very pleased with the friendly efficient installation. We were so pleased with our Fujitsu we had another one installed downstairs last month. We had the first one cleaned by the technician last month as well. Same great friendly service. I really appreciated the attention to detail .
I was very pleased Atlantic Heating and Cooling and will happily use them again if I decide to install a second heat pump on the second level of my new home. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and informative. The installers did quality work and explained how to use the system to me in detail. I also appreciated how quickly my calls were returned and the timely manner with which my installion was arranged.
Everything about the purchase and installation was flawless. The salesperson/instller, John, showed up as scheduled, was very personable, took his time to explain all of the details re the heat pump, detailed how we would go about getting a government energy rebate and convinced me to buy a smaller unit than I had originally wanted. He insisted that the smaller unit he was suggesting was more than adequate for my home. The installation occurred on schedule and without any hitches. Everything including the electrical hook up by an electrician and the permit were taken care of by Atlantic. All waste was removed after completion. John took time to ensure that I knew how the system worked, gave me some suggestions and explained the remote operation to me. The receptionist, Erica, at the office was equally impressive. She was always polite, knew her stuff and always did what she said she would. It would be hard to say how the experience could have been any better. I have already got my neighbor interested in purchasing from them.
