The staff here is terrible. They are rude, have no patience, no customer service skills. I went here during mid pandemic, which yes was a high stress time, but resulted in being yelled at and humiliated in front of other customers as there wasn’t enough signage to indicate that I had to wait to be escorted through the store with a staff member. However, when I walked into the store there was nobody to be seen to tell me otherwise. Only after I had sanitized and grabbed gloves and got my almond butter myself and arrived to the cash did the cashier lose her mind at me about how I ignorantly waltzed into the store and got my own when I should have had a store staff member with me and proceeded to grab the almond butter out of my hands, throw it in the garbage, and made me wait in line again to have a staff member fill up the dish for me. Also ended up having the same cashier when after this process and she resumed telling me how ignorant it was at how I thought it was ok to just walk into the store and get whatever I wanted.

Went in to buy bird seed, figured I'd reuse a ziplock bag, and when I got to the cash, I was told that they aren't generally accepted because they are one time use. but yet their plastic bags are even thinner and can't get multiple uses. Cashier was nice about it, but I don't understand why it wasn't accepted since I was just trying to be environmentally friendly.
