Needed a mattress quickly and stopped by Dow's upon the recommendation of a friend. Unbelievable service! Very helpful salesman who helped us find the perfect mattress in no time. Better yet, it was delivered the next day up a narrow winding staircase to a second floor bedroom. Would never shop anywhere else for future mattress needs...

I personally hate shopping, but I must say I had a great experience at this Mattress Gallery. I wasn't being overwhelmed by any salesmen, and I was assisted in choosing the best mattress for me (I've been having the best sleeps of my life!). Anyways, cheers to the gentleman that help run this business. A1 Service all around.
Worst service ever, I ordered mattress, box spring and frame and chose delivery option and paid 30 delivery fee but when the delivery guy came in he said it’s drop off only, he asked me to open the building door and left it at the door very very disappointed. I would give zero rating if I could. when you ask the customers to pay 30 for delivery it means delivery not drop off at the apartment building door. Everybody make sure before you buy
Went to Dow's first looking for a new mattress, left to shop around, then went back to Dow's. Liked the fact the salesman wasn't pushy and they had a best price for what I wanted. Will buy my next mattress there for sure.
After visiting several mattress stores in the area I was blow away by the customer service I was provided. Not only did they have the mattress I wanted at a lower price, they delivered it that afternoon. The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I decided on what I wanted with out being pushy. I'll definitely be back.
After spending weeks in a hotel, waiting for my furniture delivery, I realized that I forgot to order a mattress for the bed. since I urgently needed a place to sleep , not on the floor, i ran to Dow's mattress gallery at 520 on a Friday evening. Jimmy Dow set me up with a beauty of a mattress, better quality and better price than I would have spent elsewhere. He also had it delivered the same day even though i walked in 10 minutes before closing time. Great service with a great guy, thanks Jimmy. Best of luck for continued success!
I question the legitimacy of this business. When you walk through the door it feels like you are a games show, with a sleazy "let's make a deal" salesman. The product is low quality but Jimmy the owner seems to take pride in that. I would not recommend this place.
I bought a very comfortable and reasonably priced mattress and box spring from this store. We shopped around at the time and by far Mattress Gallery had the priced prices for the value of what you are getting. Jimmy the owner works daily, I did not see any other staff. I assume with low over head he can keep the prices down. After sleeping on the mattress for over a year we are so we went to buy a second identical set for our trailer. I also recommended this store to a friend and she said she loves her new bed.
