Spent 1.5 hrs on the phone asking if they could review my bill and offer a better price before I shop around. I was paying 205/mth, after 1 hr and 21 minutes the rep had an offer. I would have to sign a 2 yr contract (I have none now), keep all the servies I now have and my bill would be 238/mth. She said that was the best she could do....so after 1.5 hrs I could keep my current services and pay an additional 33...I asked her if there was anyone else I could talk to ...nope...disconnect in for TV and Cell Service!

Was told by an Eastlink rep, that my son could add his cell phone, to our Eastlink account. But we would have to go to Charlottetown to do this. We live in Souris, we drove to town to set up his phone, for them to tell us his phone isn't compatible. It was a huge waste of time and money. We were not impressed.

Eastlink’s service used to be good, but over the past year I’ve had issues with my internet randomly disconnecting. I recently moved and wanted to change the address associated with my account, only to be told that my new modem had to be mailed and would only arrive about a week later. As a veterinary student currently doing courses online from home, this is unacceptable. I’m considering switching providers because of the service.

The new acting manager at Charlottetown mall is the most rude person I have ever met. She is a lair and should be fired. As soon as our phones are paid off Bell here we come.

Excellent service from Patrick as we finally ditched Bell. Eastlink is saving us 50 each month for a better service plan. The service rep who set everything up on the phone was awesome as well.

Very limited service is currently available. You are asked to make an appointment by calling the customer service line but that can take you 30 plus minutes.
