Cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who work here. First, I bought my first car here, and Chris and the team were so so helpful and knowledgeable - I love my car very much. Secondly, I made the mistake of searching elsewhere for winter tires and spent almost 2 hours waiting on quotes from another place only to get a sub-par option at a really high price. I figured I should just double check here before I booked it in. Within 10 minutes the guy had provided me with a great option, exactly what I wanted, knowledgeable advice, and a price at 600 under what the other place quoted me at, and a service appointment in short order. Truly, I will not even bother trying to go anywhere else because it's a waste of my time, and even if they do try and fleece me down the road, frankly they can have my money because they've earned it.

I have nothing but good things to say about Chris and Cole (and the rest of the staff) at Experience Hyundai. I was made to feel like I was a valued customer and didn't feel any pressure from sales staff. Chris was great explaining all the features of my new Tuscan. Cole was very well spoken explaining all the fine details of warranty and insurance. I visited many other dealerships and Experience Hyundai blew all of them out of the water. Thank you so much to Chris and Cole (and everyone) at Experience Hyundai!
What a great experience!! I visited this location and had Adam assist me. Although, I have not yet purchased a vehicle due to organizing my financial situation, he has been a "no pressure "type of sales guy. I really appreciate him and his patients. If they can clone more of him for all big ticket sales people. Thanks Adam!!

Had a horrible experience from service today. I gave my car for fixing my steering issue and meanwhile I Asked the agent for a quote for changing the wiper blade and lights and she said she will call me back but she didn’t. After an hour I called her Again to get the quote and she said she already replaced it!!! Anyways I was ok for that because it was same price with Canadian tire. But When I went to get my car back, the price was double and she was kind of arguing. I don’t blame others. But it was inappropriate and not a professional. They have to be more responsible.
Kas Ghadban has helped me through the purchase of my first vehicle and he has been very helpful and kind the whole way through, was treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I am very satisfied with my interactions with Expierience Hyundai, drove away feeling very happy! I highly reccomend dealing with Kas for your car needs, was so friendly to me, my mom, and my girlfriend :) Super smooth and easy to get into my first car!!
