Front line Staff were always nice ..But .was not pleased with management at all .who totally dismissed my concerns or requests .regarding my mother ..and find out that those were not in her care plan

My Dad has been here over 6 months now and he couldn't be happier. He loves everyone. We, his family, think it is a great place for seniors. It might be a little old looking from the outside but its not what's on the outside that matters, it is the staff that makes this place a HOME. Thanks for all you do.
