Exchanged several emails about the billing which was supposed to be split between the dealer doing service on my vehicle and me paying the rest on my card. Got the bill. The dealer wasn't charged any and I got the whole bill charged on my card. Dealer can't pay me they have to pay the rental with a PO which they had at the time of the rental. They got their money thats all that mattered. All emails and calls have since have gone unanswered. You can try and forget me if you want but ill remember this for a lot longer. I'll be sure to pass it on to the fleet department of my 500 employee work place too. I won't be back.

I have been renting my vehicles for the last 5 years at least if not more with Hertz due to a discount I get through my work... I have always gotten great service. Vi has been the main one I go through and she has been incredible. I just rented a SUV this past weekend and from the begging to the end was horrible. When I called to reserve my SUV it was quite a process, I did not get Vi the first three times I tried to reserve my SUV but finally did get Vi when she called me back. I booked a 7 passenger SUV due to the vans being sold out when I reserved weeks ago. When I picked my car up it was not a 7 passenger it was only a 5. They told me that they had no 7 passenger vehicle left. They charged me more then what I was quoted. When I questioned it they told me to they would have it figured out when I return the vehicle. The day I was returning it I called to confirm they figure it out before I got there. I was told that no changes can be made and the staff were not very helpful. When I asked to speak to Vi I was told she was no longer the manager. I am now looking at other rental places for October due to the poor service I got this time. The staff were not as friendly or accomadating as before and I was charged an extra 100 more then what I was quoted.
Very friendly agents, helpful in a unique situation. Was given a Dodge Charger, I don't think that's really the best car for PEI's muddy dirt roads though.
Do not book online through Hertz's website. They will charge your tax twice. National or Enterprise are much better.
