Do not download the APP or pay your money to the Wallet. I booked the trip twice both “disappeared” few minutes before the scheduled trip. I also paid 25 to the Wallet and nowhere can be seen or refund. Either this company is a scam or they do not care anymore. If I can give 0 star rating I would. Reply to the response: I used the AMEX card to refill 25 dollars and was taken from the account. Therefore, I do not believe it has anything to do with my payment when scheduling the taxi service. Furthermore, I should get some kind of notification when the requested schedule "disappeared" few minutes ahead of the requested time. Since we are on this topic, can I please get the 25 refund? Also, I used "[email protected]" to register the account. Thank you.

Quick and efficient service. Ability to communicate directly with the driver and the best part is you know exactly how long it will take for drivers to arrive! No calls necessary. Just open the app and book your ride. The nearest online driver will be on their way. A couple of their cars even have free wifi and phone charging! how cool is that!
I love using the app but whenever I’m trying to book a ride it always show no drivers found.
We just made a call form application it's very fast and convenient. We highly recommend pei Taxi for better service around the Charlottetown. Taxi fare also not expensive. End of the trip we were very happy.
2 AM knowing the bar is going to close soon, don't wanna stand out there in the cold waiting for a taxi, so went on my phone and ordered a cab. Guess what! It's there before you know it! The ONLY taxi company I would go with, definitely recommend it if you need quick and friendly services.

Great service! I ordered a car to drop me home from work, but messed up the locations and the driver drove to different place to pick me up. He phoned me and we found out that he waits me at my home and i'm staying in front of my office! He was so nice and came to me as fast as possible and was so nice all the way. Will keep using this taxi in future for sure!
Osama, Omair, and Naomi have always given me amazing service. They are very clear about times and always come promptly. They are always professional and take care of me and my friends. They even have water and stuff for those late night rides home when you “may” have had too much.
