Fantastic drivers and guides, apparently catering to the cruise industry (it felt a little weird as I was not on a cruise, but wanted to see places outside of the city). A tad rushed, though it looks like they have longer tours, and the website and confirmation email had conflicting start times (cleared up by an email to the company).

ガイド（添乗員）さんは日本人で、事務所の方も日本語で対応してくれました。ドライバーさんは現地の方が多いようですが、「おはよう」「おかえり」等と日本語で挨拶してくれて、その気持ちがとても嬉しかった。 少人数（多くて１０人くらい？）で回るので、細かく対応してもらえるし、赤毛のアンでカナダに憧れてやってきた（年配の）日本人女性の見たいところ、知りたいことをばっちり押さえてくれています。 日本からの渡航は大手旅行会社の手配が安心ですが、現地（カナダ国内：シャーロットタウン、ハリファクスなども）からの島の観光はこちらが委託されていることも多いようです。 赤毛のアンが好きでPEIに行きたい人には、絶対おススメです！
スタッフみな親身な対応で、素晴らしいサポートでした。
