We stopped by a super cute little waffle truck just off the waterfront in Charlottetown! We ordered the Nutella waffle fries, and they were super crunchy and delicious! They're actually made with potatoes, which is super unique and feels perfect for a trip in PEI. Really nice guy with a fun story about his waffles. Go check it out!

Delicious food, and such a friendly staff. They let you add or subtract from any menu item and they also have a gluten free option! This guy makes all the waffle batter himself from scratch using local potatoes as well. Very cool and unique place for sure
