The representative at the store did not looked as if he cared when I entered the store as he was busy with his phone, and I just wanted a new Sim Card for which I waited an hour because the rep was not intrested and he did not care enough to provide me with new Sim. Rogers will loose customers if they keep on hiring people who are not willing to help customers. (Always bad experience with stores.) Check your cameras to make sure rep is helpful enough with his job and is not just working to make commissions by selling new devices.

It's pretty much just as good as any other place. One thing I don't like about it though is that it takes like an hour to get something done sometimes.

Rogers wireless has absolutely terrible customer service. Be careful going through Rogers, they will over charge you and if you don't notice it right away they cannot do anything about the charges. I had spend 5 hours on hold for them to tell me there was nothing they can do. Also, they are incredibly over priced. Please stay away from Rogers. Any other service provider is better and cheaper. You deserve better.

I was having having issues with my phone that I got a day before and called to see if they would switch it for me I was told they would do it no problem, went all the way there and stood in the store for an hour until they told me there’s nothing they can do. Well being in there, after another customer left, the guy that was “helping” me said that the customer was brain dead or drunk, worst experience I’ve ever had with a phone company.
