They suggest customers use the online flu finder shot. I see that this location has it available. I arrive at the store only to be told it's not for me, it's for seniors. 1, this information should have been available with embarrassingly going to the store. 2, Why in Canada am I excluded because of my age? The pharmacy tech was also quite tactless.

There is no staff. They expect you to use the automated checkouts; and, that's fine, but what about the photo reproduction centre? For that you need staff for the code, had to go to Walmart to reproduce my pics. it is as if they don't want us using their photo center.

They botched a purchase of mine one time and I was so impressed at how quickly and professionally the manager rectified the situation. I really wish more businesses operated at this level of competence. Well done

Terrible! They need more staff on cash! Two Saturdays in a row I shopped for 20 minutes then realized I would be in line for the cash for about a half an hour or more. Both times I left my full carts and walked out. Very frustrating waste of time...

While trying to purchase a Super Nintendo classic on what is the release date I was told they would not sell it to me as they where holding it for a sale starting the next day. I was willing to pay the full retail on said item but still no go. After a conversation with head office finding out this was the only location on Prince Edward Island that would not sell it today. Well due to this unfortunate incident I will take my business elsewhere. I spend well over 1500 a month with this company on blood pressure meds and other assorted prescriptions not including the ones for the rest of my family.
