I enjoy going into ShowCase, first of all I love the merchandise, the displays and the staff were always good when I was in every few days. I have bought many products throughout the different seasons and haven't had a problem with the products. I am a loyal .member
As soon as I walked in all staff were on their phone, and when me and others were walking around questioning what to buy they still didn’t look up or pay any attention to us. Very terrible customer service.

Horrible serivice terrible products that break after a month an when you try to get them fix or repaired they refuse definitely wouldnt be going back there and i advise people to not buy Christmas stuff there as it'll be broken within a month
